Pricing, Cancellations & Refunds Thank you for booking the 4-Day Lake Biwa Bike Tour. We are pleased to confirm receipt of your 50% deposit. You will receive an invoice for the outstanding balance in a separate message. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee unless it is cancelled by Kyoto Bike Tour. Tours require a minimum of 2 participants to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be issued a full refund. This is a mixed bike tour with other participants. Please inquire separately for private tour details. Cancellation refunds are applied as follows: * Cancellation date is greater than 90 days of scheduled tour date = Deposit refund minus 5% cancellation fee * Cancellation date is within 31 to 90 days prior to scheduled tour date= 50% cancellation fee of total tour price * Cancellation date is within 30 days of scheduled tour date = No refund & no exceptions Please understand that booking a tour is reserving a spot for you and your party. It also prevents other interested parties from booking. We appreciate your understanding. Please note that an advanced level of fitness is required to participate in this tour. In regards to fitness, the guide reserves the right to refuse a guest he deems unfit to ride.
